The BDM Group was founded via a strategic merger, and integration of various businesses. The need for a demographically representative industrial contract services group, that could enhance service levels to our clients, resulted in the development of the BDM Group.

The strategy of the group is to be invested in businesses covering a full range of services that compliment each other and that could provide a one-stop, non core, outsourcing group with a national footprint.

As non-core divisions are sometimes seen as an overhead, it is poorly managed and controlled. We believe that by outsourcing these divisions, this cost and management burden can be reduced.

At BDM we believe that we can achieve all this by empowering our people, building relationships, incentivisation and communication.
